What’s Under the Hood

Bridgecrest, one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

Bridgecrest recently launched its newest affiliate GoFi. Established in 2022, GoFi is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with a mission to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product allowing the best brands to deliver the best customer experience. By implementing state of the art technology, we provide an off-the-shelf service to make integration with GoFi as seamless as possible.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

As the Director of Data Analytics, you are a results-focused thoughtful leader working in one of our newest business ventures: GoFi, an indirect auto lender that launched less than 2 years ago.

Redefining the auto-industry is not an easy task, and we need a candidate willing and excited to step up to the challenge.

You will be tasked with leading a team that designs the monitoring and reporting infrastructure for the entire company, as well as leading the analytics efforts to optimize the processes of our operational, funding, compliance, and finance teams.

This is a large and visible role that will enable you to grow. You will be responsible for (1) designing a company-wide actionable reporting suite and (2) analyzing processes for optimization and automation while (3) leveraging your collaboration and leadership skills to deeply engage with senior partners at the highest level of detail.

The Director, Data Analytics is responsible for:

  • Leading a team of analysts to build the monitoring infrastructure for the entire company and to optimize the processes of our operational, funding, compliance, and finance teams.

  • Collaborating with leaders to understand the most pressing business process gaps and evaluating how to solve them with analytical tools.

  • Managing and developing a team of analysts to a high degree of efficiency.

  • Developing and automating action driven dashboards via visualization tools like Tableau and Sigma.

  • Optimize data warehouse performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning queries and ETL processes.

  • Passionate and goal oriented. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about their work and is passionate about not only meeting their goals but exceeding them.

The Specifics

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, finance, statistics, engineering, computer information systems or other STEM field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics related consumer finance roles.

  • 2+ years’ management experience.

  • Experience with data querying languages such as SQL, Snowflake, Python and/or R.

  • Experience with Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Sigma.
