Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Coupa Administrator in the insurance industry, based in Dallas, Texas. As a Coupa Administrator, you will be instrumental in optimizing our procurement and spend management operations.
Responsibilities:
• Designing and configuring the Coupa system to meet evolving business needs, actively troubleshooting issues and implementing strategic enhancements.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the Coupa system, assisting colleagues across the company and ensuring seamless operation.
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements, collaborating with leadership to develop a roadmap for these enhancements and implementing changes that make a significant impact.
• Collaborating closely with our IT, Finance, and Procurement teams, ensuring our system aligns with company objectives.
• Utilizing your project management skills to oversee initiatives involving Coupa or other spend management systems.
• Leveraging your strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Demonstrating your problem-solving skills and drive for change by leading projects and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
• Employing matrix management skills to balance priorities and achieve objectives across teams.
• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support your work and communicate effectively. Requirements • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required
• Proficiency in Dell Technologies
• Understanding of Firewall Technologies
• Knowledge of AB Testing
• Ability to manage Active Directory
• Expertise in Backup Technologies
• Experience in Cluster Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Proficiency in using Coupa
• Experience in Software Configuration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Control
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Applicable Regulatory Requirements
• Experience in Cross Functional Project Management
• Ability to Monitor Expenditures
• Knowledge of Cost Management
