Korn Ferry is hiring a Recruiter for a 6-month contract to work within KF Hire, the internal talent acquisition team at Korn Ferry supporting Corporate, Search, Consulting and Digital lines of business.
As a member of the KF Hire team you will build and expand client relationships through excellence in the recruitment process. As the first introduction to Korn Ferry, you are a brand ambassador, this role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness; we are looking for Recruiters who are client and customer obsessed. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process with a heavy emphasis on passive sourcing, in-depth screening, assessment and presenting a qualified and diverse slate of candidates. Our goal is to meet the human capital demands of Korn Ferry by matching highly qualified exceptional talent to our client teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Desk recruiting of Korn Ferry Senior Leaders, Managers and Individual Contributors

``` - Effectively apply Korn Ferry's recruiting methodology and enforce documentation standards, working in the ATS

``` - Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements

``` - Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client.

``` - Initiate intake meetings for all roles once approved
```{=html}
``` - Facilitate regular status meetings with internal stakeholders and search partners

``` - Manage day-to-day client interaction. Set and manage client expectations

``` - Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions

``` - Manage weekly reporting of metrics

``` - Contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction, demonstrating the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years' experience recruiting within a staffing agency, (Interim, Retained, Contingent Search)

``` - 2 years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process

``` - 2 years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
```{=html}
``` - 2 years of Applicant Tracking System experience
```{=html}
``` - 2 years of recruitment consulting experience
```{=html}
``` - 2 years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches

``` - High energy, competitive, performance-oriented person who drives for results and achieve goals.

``` - High degree of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, ability to persuade others, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION
