We are in the search for a Controls Testing Analyst to join our team in the Service industry, located in Richardson, TX 6 to 12 months - 100% onsite. As a Controls Testing Analyst, you will be involved in the design and execution of controls testing, engagement with various stakeholders, and the development of risk management strategies. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute controls testing for key regulations and controls efficiently.

• Compile testing outcomes to highlight significant themes and opportunities for control enhancement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions to review and validate results.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the risks and controls across the business.

• Recommend ways to mitigate risk, review action items to ensure risk is being adequately addressed.

• Identify and share best practices across teams and functions, and with other business lines where similar processes exist or similar risk exposure is present.

• Continuously identify areas of control enhancements and automation.

• Perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends and themes.

• Act as a mentor and coach for the juniors in the team.

• Persistently work towards challenging goals and overcome obstacles or setbacks.

• Collaborate as a global team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Divisions.

• Analyze complex issues effectively and see the big picture.

• Deliver and enhance measurable, impactful business outcomes and product.

Requirements • Candidate must have experience in ADP - Financial Services.

• Proficiency in Archer is strongly desired.

• Familiarity with CobiT is a crucial requirement.

• The position requires experience in Concur.

• Strong CRM skills are essential.

• Knowledge of AML - Anti Money Laundering is a must.

• Auditing experience is highly preferred.

• The candidate should have a good understanding of Commission Functions.

• The role requires skills in Complaint Handling.

• Compliance knowledge is a prerequisite for this position.
