Description We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team located in Dallas, Texas. The primary role of the Project Manager will be to handle all aspects of project management and Salesforce administration. This role will be centered around managing customer projects, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring the efficient performance of Salesforce administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful execution of customer projects from initiation to completion.

• Utilize Salesforce Administration skills to maintain and improve our Salesforce systems.

• Regular interaction with customers to understand their project requirements and expectations.

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify potential issues and develop solutions.

• Implement project management principles and best practices to ensure project success.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce data by regularly reviewing and updating records.

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and team members.

• Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve project-related issues.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and techniques. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Project Management

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Administration

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Excellent team leadership capabilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to negotiate and manage project budgets

• Proficient in project management software

• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and resources

• Excellent time management skills

• Proficiency in risk management and change management

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Detail oriented Project Management certification is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
