Your Role as a Senior Sales Professional

As a Senior Sales Professional, you will thrive in a collaborative sales environment, identifying opportunities to introduce Securitas' expansive portfolio of services. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and generating sustainable business growth. This role is 100% new business development and requires strong prospecting, territory management, and closing skills.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to maximize your unlimited earning potential .

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities using a proven lead generation process.

  • Drive sales of Securitas and integrated technology solutions, showcasing innovation and value.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.

  • Partner with internal resources to create compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Deliver results, exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets to earn national recognition.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring passion, dedication, and proven sales expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas. Experience in complex selling or B2B environments is preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

  • Skills: Exceptional time management, organization, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting processes.

  • Characteristics: Self-sufficient, goal-driven, and highly motivated. You thrive in a transparent, team-oriented atmosphere and are driven to deliver results while helping others succeed.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work from the Dallas, TX, office daily and travel throughout the Metroplex area as needed.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced sales tools and processes.
