Description We are seeking a Billing Analyst to become a part of our team in Dallas, Texas. As a member of the operational accounting team, your role will be vital in upholding our company's billing functions. This role is within the fuel distribution industry, and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of all billing calculations before invoicing customers.

• Investigate and respond to billing queries within the established time frames.

• Manage all non-billed requests within the accounting system.

• Maintain recurring charges and non-inventory billings.

• Develop and sustain relationships with both internal departments and external customers.

• Understand billing procedures and identify areas for improvement.

• Proactively learn various systems and processes.

• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and resolve issues, including coordinating with other teams/functions as needed.

• Communicate effectively and demonstrate transparency in all actions.

• Welcome changes with enthusiasm, contributing to a culture of innovation and efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, with the ability to manage and track invoices effectively

• Strong auditing skills, with the capability to identify discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy

• Solid understanding of billing functions, including the preparation, sending, and tracking of bills

• Familiarity with SAP software, with the ability to leverage its features for effective billing management

• Experience in Billing, with the ability to handle complex billing schedules and procedures

• Ability to prepare and analyze Billing Statements, ensuring they are accurate and sent out in a timely manner
