The pay for this position is $18-20/hour.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Transdev’s supplemental service providers to reconcile and process invoices for services rendered.
Verify invoices rates against contractual agreements.
Completing trip edit functions to ensure that trips performed are tracked using Transdev trip management software.
Submitting trip performance data to Transdev clients and senior leadership.
Assist in other clerical duties as assigned.
Verifying compiled data from vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and revising billing data when errors are found .
Creating billing documents.
Resolving discrepancies on accounting records.
Answering mail and telephone inquiries regarding rates, routing, and procedures.
Sorting and filing correspondence and performing miscellaneous clerical duties.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, or GED required.
Two (2) to (10) ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to one of the employment standards listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize.
Ability to organize and administer several tasks simultaneously.
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work on-site in an office environment.
