Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the residential industry. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires the individual to work onsite. The primary function of this role is to manage the processing and organization of mail, including invoices, in a fast-paced environment. The employment type for this role is contract-based.

Responsibilities:

• Open and scan a large volume of mail efficiently.

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and organize data.

• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and discrepancy management.

• Utilize Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for accounts payable and check processing tasks.

• Keep up to speed with the latest technology to improve efficiency in the role.

• Possess basic tech skills to utilize software like BRIX, Buildpro.

• Have the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, although it is not a requirement.

• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage tasks efficiently.

• Maintain high levels of organization in handling and processing mail. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Previous experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Check Processing

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Ability to resolve Discrepancies

• Prior work in the residential industry

• Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
