MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

``` - Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (Required)

``` - Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
```{=html}
``` - Ability to effectively relate to a customer

``` - Valid Texas Property and Casualty license preferred

``` - Must be Bilingual Spanish (as per the company policy, as customers are also bilingual Spanish, it is important for the member to speak both English and Spanish.)
