Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Cypress, Texas. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support service to a diverse clientele ranging from medical, real estate, industrial to battery recycling sectors. The position balances remote work with in-office duties, providing a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive IT support to clients, encompassing troubleshooting of software and hardware issues and implementing performance-optimizing solutions.

• Handle and maintain IT infrastructure, including security systems, networks, and servers, to secure reliability, scalability, and security.

• Conduct routine system audits to detect vulnerabilities and enforce security measures to defend against cyber threats.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of IT projects like system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

• Deliver end-user support and training to ensure clients' effective utilization of technology tools and resources.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to assess, recommend, and execute new technologies and solutions that align with clients' business goals.

• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistency in IT operations.

• Stay updated about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Mac Computers

• Expertise in suite of popular office software

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Experience with Deployments

• Proficiency in Deskside Support

• Knowledge of popular Windows Server

• Proficiency in Office 365
