Description

Are you an experienced compensation professional with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors? An industry-leading office furniture manufacturer is seeking an Interim Director of Compensation to lead and manage our compensation strategies during a critical transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and competitive benchmarking.

  • Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to optimize compensation processes, ensure compliance, and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.

  • Conduct market analysis and develop recommendations for adjustments to maintain competitiveness and equity.

  • Manage compensation-related projects, including updates to policies and systems integrations.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding employee compensation.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCP) preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Compensation Director or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or related industry.

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is required.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in compensation, including pay equity and incentive plan design.
