As part of the Worldwide Sales BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) team, this role will manage major transformation programs in the global sales organization, from supporting strategic planning for multi-year technology roadmaps, portfolio management and program governance, to managing program progress, resource and budget tracking. You will support the fast paced delivery of key programs that are both cross-organization and highly visible. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to play a key role in delivery quality and change readiness. As a major focus over the next few years, this role will be directly responsible for implementing a multi-year roadmap of the Salesforce platform.

Description

  • Set the standards and tools through which the sales transformation program teams complete their work. - Lead and oversee the implementation of the Salesforce transformation program; create and manage project plans; review project progress and timelines; and ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects. - Establish and lead governance committees to stay aligned and collaborate internally; engage cross functional partners to establish trusted advisor relationships by providing vision and future product roadmapping. - Build strong risk and issue management processes. - Track utilization of project resources against the resource allocation and budget. - Manage the relationship, contract and budgets with multiple external vendors. - Implement a standardized development lifecycle methodology based on Agile principles - Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management. - Develop and implement a Salesforce technology sustainment model including a governance process to manage configuration versus customization. Establish processes for quantitatively tracking the success of the program, including capabilities deployed, users deployed, user satisfaction, and level of customization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Generally requires 8+ years of validated experience managing cross functional, large scope, and highly integrated technology transformation programs.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce-related program management experience.

  • Solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail. Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery.

  • Sensitivity and good understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Adept at fostering positive relationships and ability to interact at all organization levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement. Ability to use data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis and extract actionable insights.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to audiences of varying seniority. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Flexibility to work in ambiguous situations, highly matrix environments, and support cross program work-streams.

  • Well versed in Agile development processes

  • Functional understanding of Jira, Github and/or similar tools..

  • PMI/PMP certification

  • Six Sigma certification

  • Design Thinking certification

  • Agile, SCRUM & Salesforce certification

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,200 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
