We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Wallets, Payments, and Commerce Engineering team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, and show a proactive approach to solving problems. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting and organizing events. As well as supporting senior leadership, while providing crucial team and building support. We seek a passionate team player that will be an integral part of the continued success and growth within the WPC Eng organization.
Description
You will be an Executive Assistant to multiple team leaders in Wallet, Payments & Commerce Engineering. Daily activities will include challenging calendar management, coordinating meetings and video/conference calls while actively utilizing your keen problem-solving abilities as challenges arise. Scheduling both domestic and international travel and arranging for the team off-sites and events will be a regular task. Support will include coordinating cross-functional meetings across various locations, ensuring great communication and collaboration. You will also plan and support multiple team events throughout the year, bringing creativity and attention to detail to team needs and activities, and be a champion for team morale.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of EA experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives, high tech industry a plus.
Experience managing complex calendars, including prioritizing meetings, video calls, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
Experience managing admin teams and working collaboratively across large admin orgs
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice.
Ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
AA or BS degree preferred

Proficiency in Apple products including, Calendar, Numbers and Keynote
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members.
Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment.
Event planning experience with focus on providing a fun and creative approach to team activities

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
