Project Manager – HR & Systems

Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in HR, systems, and technology ? We are seeking a Project Manager – HR & Systems to lead and drive key initiatives within our People function . If you have 5-7 years of project management experience and a passion for cross-functional collaboration, strategic execution, and process improvement , this role is for you!

Job Title: Project Manager – HR & Systems

As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for successfully managing projects across HR, systems, and technology , ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams , drive strategic initiatives , and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR, systems, and technology-related projects

  • Drive projects to successful completion independently or with large cross-functional teams

  • Build trust and transparency with partners through clear and timely communication

  • Manage dependencies across various areas within the People function

  • Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met efficiently

  • Offer flexibility to remotely host or attend meetings outside of standard working hours when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management in HR, systems, or technology

  • Strong understanding of People business processes, HR systems, and technology platforms

  • Proven ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills

Education & Experience:

  • BA or BS in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related field

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or Agile) is a plus

Pay Details: $90.00 per hour
