Description

As a member of our team you will be responsible for development and verification of flows and tools as well as definition of data models and solution architectures for our requirements and verification management flows. You will configure, operate and support a data middleware solution. This middleware solution connects use models and the product lifecycle management framework with the hardware/software design verification environments. You will also develop and deploy custom test management solutions and integrate ML/LLM solutions into the requirements and verification management framework. The role also includes support and guidance for our design engineers who need an engaged partner that will continuously strive to enable them to excel by providing an optimized working environment that suites the needs of the development community. You will be working with an energized and highly motivated CAD team that comprehensively supports Apple’s chip design efforts. At the same time you will collaborate with teams from different domains, helping to create holistic approaches managing the executions and verification of our product development. In addition, you will closely work with EDA vendors to incorporate new capabilities of their commercial tools, and to resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in Python and Web front end frameworks

  • Experience with MacOS and/or Linux OS, utilities and scripting

  • Minimum requirement of BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in silicon / chip development industry is a plus

  • Background in defining and implementing system workflows is a plus

  • Good understanding of Firmware, HW and SoC design workflows is a plus

  • Experience using and supporting product lifecycle solutions (Requirements-, Test-, Change-Management) and software development environments

  • Experience as verification or software-engineer

  • Proficiency with databases and middleware solutions

  • Experience in SQL and Database API programming

  • Experience with ML/LLM methods is a plus

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
