TEKsystems Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator in Cupertino, California
Description - Spanish-Speaking candidate PREFERRED
Welcome callers to ARC Fertility by listening to their needs, providing them with options, answering their questions, and helping them navigate the financial process.
Assist new patients by communicating ARC Fertility treatment service package options, financial options, and available pricing
Work in the Salesforce platform to pull up specific clinics, share their treatment packages with patients, provide employer member benefits, and guide the patient through their options
Function confidently independently yet also collaboratively as a “can-do” team player
Follow-up on new lead (web forms and calls)
Follow a strict follow-up schedule for each patient to support patient engagement
Review and process incoming ARC program applications
Prepare patient contracts and packages
Liaise between the patient and fertility clinics to facilitate the time-sensitive patient journey
Address patient inquiries urgently to expedite their time to treatment and to enhance customer satisfaction
Run loan applications, provide treatment costs, billing, and collection information
Communicate with the patient’s clinical team regarding patient requirements and recommended treatment options
Utilize ARC’s contact management system (CRM) to record details of patient calls, clinic interactions, transactions, and sales information
Provide feedback on the patient services process to help improve flow and efficiency

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent related work experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience with three years of patient interaction experience and/or minimum
of three years of call center customer service experience
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
