About the Opportunity

Enterprise Asset Solutions provide engineering support and construction delivery to Defence and Nuclear sector clients. We require an experienced Administrator to support our Quality and Document Control teams.

This role will require security clearance. Previous experience on nuclear sites would be advantageous.

• Expediting and coordinating information for quality and document control in line with demanding programmes

• Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures.

• Provide support with regards to document numbering, revisions, and the application of metadata.

• Collate, monitor, measure, review analyse and distribute quality data.

• Receive, issue and control project documentation

• Provide Data Management System training and assistance where necessary

• Update and produce trackers for both document control and quality.

• Provide support to Document Control Lead and Head of Quality.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of various Data Management Systems

• Proficient in MS Office tools especially Microsoft Excel.

• Have or the ability to gain relevant security clearance

• Understanding of document security and classification

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience on nuclear and defence projects

• ProjectWise experience

• P4 Pass

• Internal auditor

• Previous Document Control/Quality support experience
