Ray of Hope Inc Residential Manager in Cumberland, Maryland
Ray of Hope, Inc. is currently seeking a Residential Manager to join our administration. This is a full time salaried position. Primary work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 3pm. However, you will be on call for emergencies and to assist with staff coverage during evenings, weekends, occasional overnights and holidays. Qualifications/Experience:
- Prior experience with the developmentally disabled population
- 18 years of age or older
- clean background and driving record
- High School Diploma
This position requires:
- Supervision of employees.
- High organization skills
- Professionalism and leadership skills.
Our organization is governed by D.D.A. and O.H.C.O. Those familiar with C.O.M.A.R. regulations preferred. Chosen applicants are either currently or will be certified in M.A.N.D.T; First Aid/CPR and become certified in med-tech through the M.B.O.N. Must be a team player. Salary range $25-26.50 per hour based on experience.
