A rapidly growing fintech company in Culver City is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's financial operations and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Enter receipts and reconcile credit card accounts

• Match receipts with invoices and process expense reports

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and depreciation

• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial records

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fintech or a related industry

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required

• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, journal entries, month-end close, accruals, and depreciation

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems independently

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
