We are working with a well established commercial distribution client that's looking to hire a permanent Payroll Specialist position. They are looking for an ideal candidate who has experienced in working with Payroll software and able to handle bi-weekly payroll This is a great opportunity with a positive and inclusive work culture, benefits, chances for growth and working with an international firm.

salary: $26 - $28 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in using payroll software

• Understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Skills

• Payroll Processing (2 years of experience is required)

• Payroll Tax (2 years of experience is required)

• Payroll Tax-Multistate (2 years of experience is preferred)

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 2 years

• Experience level: Experienced
