Description
Amazon MGM Consumer Products & Interactive Licensing is seeking an Associate Producer to support our interactive development pipeline. The successful candidate must have experience working on game development and specifically entertainment/licensed games.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience on a game development team.
• Prior QA Testing experience is required. Previous Coordinator experience encouraged.
• Previous experience working on licensed/branded games is encouraged.
• Strong understanding of the Console, PC, VR, AR, and Mobile gaming spaces.
• Has an understanding of the localization and translation process.
• High level of proficiency in Photoshop, Keynote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be able to quickly acclimate to an incredibly fast-paced environment and be able to anticipate needs.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner.
• Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are of the highest importance.
• Must love video games!
Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Tracking submissions, feedback, and approvals for external game developers and on behalf of our creative stakeholders.
File, organize, and archive production material and assets
Review game builds for bugs and to ensure all games meet our high bar for brand integrity.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on interactive strategy.
Supervise projects associated with the expansion of our licensed games and interactive experiences.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
