JOB REQUIREMENTS: Premier established Swim School opening in Cudahy! Be a part of something special. British Swim School has been saving lives for over 40 years and have been in SE Wisconsin since 2017. We are looking for someone to help us grow our Cudahy pool to the same size and scope (or better) as our Delafield location that currently has close to 1000 active enrollments and close to 300 on waiting lists! We need fun, engaged, conscientious people to help bring our quality program to the Cudahy and surrounding communities. This person has a passion for the water and loves the energy you get from being around our youngest. If you love kids and love the water, this job is for you! This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity to grow your hours to as we grow the enrollment. Paid Training! Help us grow this location and be a part of it\'s success! Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students\' varying needs and interests. Observe students to determine qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, and other individual characteristics. Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by administrative policy. Monitor students\' performance to make suggestions for improvement and to ensure that they satisfy course standards, training requirements, and objectives. Confer with other teachers and professionals to plan and schedule lessons promoting learning and development. Enforce policies and rules governing students. Meet with other instructors to discuss individual students and their progress. Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials to prevent injury and damage.
