Summary:

 As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team to increase employee engagement and play a key role in the recruitment process from initial candidate screening to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  Assist Human Resources team with new hire orientation. Filing of employee documents, creating employee files, handling of employee attendance occurrence administration. Process HR Service tickets. Provide employee customer service and support. Strong communication and organizational skills. Assist in sourcing top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking platforms. Support the recruitment process from initial candidate screening to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency. Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and preparing recruitment-related documentation. Assist with managing calendars and planning meetings and events. Expense Control -- Administrator's expenses should be completed each month. Pcard and AMEX.

  Pcard (Visa) is used to order & pay for items asked to purchase.

  The AMEX is used for travel expenses for staff and guests as requested. Participate and support Kaizen events, employee and community engagement meetings, events, and activities. Assist with event planning and coordination. Requirements

: Associate degree or higher in a Business or related field preferred, but not required. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States. 3+ years of work experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required. Superior computer skills and willingness to learn new systems a must. Attention to detail and ability to comfortably multi-task is critical. Comfortable working within all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude and helpful demeanor always.
