Position Overview: Production Technician (AB Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
Testing:
- Conduct rigorous tests to ensure glaze meets high-quality and durability standards.
- Record and report test results accurately.
Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on glazing equipment to ensure seamless and efficient operation.
- Promptly address and troubleshoot any equipment issues.
Glaze Formulation:
- Develop and prepare glaze formulations in adherence to color, texture, and finish specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve desired glazing outcomes.
Expected Results:
- Consistently meet and exceed quality and durability standards for all glaze formulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Capable of standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
Equipment Used:
- Kiln
- Apply glaze using brushing, spraying, and dipping methods.
