Responsibilities

• Operate Packaging Equipment:

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery, including filling, sealing, labeling, and wrapping equipment.

• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure smooth operation and correct packaging specifications.

• Quality Control:

• Inspect and verify the quality of packaged products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

• Perform regular checks and adjustments to maintain consistent product quality and packaging integrity.

• Production Monitoring:

• Monitor production line performance, including speed, output, and machine functionality.

• Report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor promptly.

• Material Handling:

• Load packaging materials, such as boxes, labels, and film, onto the production line.

• Ensure an adequate supply of packaging materials is available and report low inventory levels to the supervisor.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient production and resolve any issues that arise.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
