We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing and coordinating the activities of four maintenance supervisors and their respective teams to ensure efficient operations, maintenance, and repair of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership:

• Oversee, mentor, and support four maintenance supervisors.

• Coordinate the activities and schedules of the maintenance teams.

• Provide training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.

• Maintenance Operations:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs of machinery, equipment, and facilities.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
