We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness. - Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. - Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and guidelines. - Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reports and actionable insights. - Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role. - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms. - Experience with social media management tools. - Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to create high-quality visual content (graphic design, video editing skills are a plus). - Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. - Excellent communication skills. - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. -Strong understanding of analytics and how they can be used to support long-term marketing objectives.
Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of paid social media advertising. - Basic knowledge of web design and publishing.
