TEXAS DISPOSAL SYSTEMS INC TREE FARM WORKER in Creedmoor, Texas
JOB SUMMARY
The position performs a variety of tasks, such as weeding, pruning, trimming, and general plant maintenance. This position also assists with planting and cultivating nursery stock.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate lawn maintenance equipment while performing daily maintenance and landscape duties.
Plant and cultivate trees, shrubs and nursery stock.
Transplant and move trees, shrubs and other plant material.
Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment when and where required.
Comply and enforce compliance with company safety policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
Assist other departments, when requested, such as Landfill, Operations, Ranch, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
Working knowledge of lawn maintenance and landscaping procedures; and
Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
