Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Amentum is providing the opportunity for a summer intern, entering STEM fields, to directly support one of our Government customers at NSWC Crane. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the STEM fields, have a high level of energy, a drive to work in a team/collaborative environment and a desire to excel in all aspects of your work. This internship will allow you the opportunity to work alongside current engineers supporting DoD work. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of engineering on government systems and products while working in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Current pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science.

• Minimum 3.0/4.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (no rounding) at current institution.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance. Please note US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

• Strong communication skills and desire to work in a team environment.

• Creative, resourceful, open-minded and drive to succeed.
