ManTech Asset Property Manager in Crane, Indiana

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Property Manager to join our team in supporting a large US Government program in Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Government Property Management Group and maintaining control over all Government-owned property on multiple contracts through various Government agencies.

  • The Property Manager oversees all aspects of managing Government property.

  • The Property Manager maintains up-to-date knowledge of FAR requirements, industry practices, and applications.

  • The Property Manager ensures Government-approved procedures are adhered to and supporting documentation is maintained and updated as appropriate.

  • The Property Manager provides training to internal and external team members on property management procedures.

  • The Property Manager ensures all Government deliverables (procedures, quarterly reports, and audit documentation) are prepared accurately and delivered on time to Government customers.

  • The Property Manager provides monthly and quarterly reports to the Government and senior management and interfaces with Government auditors during audits and as needed.

  • The Property Manager provides property guidance on new business proposals and ensures compliance with company policies and FAR/DFARS requirements.

  • The Property Manager is responsible for supervising and mentoring subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years of position-relevant work experience.

  • Experience with asset management, inventory auditing, and receiving.

  • Experience with Government procurement.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • HS and 13 years of experience; Associates and 11 years of experience

  • A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

  • A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ManTech Property Accountability System (MPAS).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Secret

Physical Requirements:

  • Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment .
