TheManager, Global Compensation is the compensation subject matter expert and is responsible for managing and coordinating the planning, implementation and administration of the company's global compensation programs that are in support of the company culture and overall strategic business direction. We will consider a US REMOTE candidate for this role.

Your Day to Day: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting compensation programs. Stays current with market trends and benchmarking, conducts job evaluation, job leveling, job benchmark to update compensation structure and programs, provides guidelines and recommendations for pay initiatives, including but not limited to new hires, promotion, transfer, and market adjustments. Maintain job documentation library and applicable data elements related to job structure, classification, federal/country and local employment requirements, etc. Plans, develops and/or participates in area and industry surveys. Manages the overall compensation programs, responsible for the annual performance management and salary planning process, forecasting, and budgeting, including helping create the training, communication, process setup related to compensation Manages all incentives programs, annual bonus, STIP, LTIP, sales incentive programs, communicates bonus policy and support bonus calculation and payout. Administer compensation policies/programs which support recognition, retention and reward efforts company-wide. Oversees the accurate maintenance of records and compilation of compensation plan data. Evaluates and compares company programs and processes for competitiveness and effectiveness; develops specific recommendations for changes that are aligned with company culture and strategic imperatives. Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions on compensation, processes and helping resolve work-related problems. Participate in M&A and redundancy projects to support business change activities Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses and audits, interpret those analyses and report/make recommendations to management, as requested. Includes year-over-year trending reports and analysis of those trends. Analyzes data to provide comprehensive metrics that guide HR strategy to the company and executive leadership to support the progress on initiatives and objectives. Proactively optimize HRIS systems to solve business needs/problems. Partner with HRIS to support Compensation team with global data reporting and data maintenance in applicable systems Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Master or MBA preferred 5+ years of progressive compensation work experience, with main focus on program and policy administration and design CCP certification is a plus but not required Ability to apply standard compensation concepts, processes, procedures, in addition to creative problem- solving skills. Demonstrate financial management and budgeting skills. Demonstrate solid knowledge and ability to interpret federal and state, local/country laws and regulations pertaining to compensation. Demonstrate strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and team work with all levels. Expert knowledge of Excel and proficiency in the rest of Microsoft Office Suite. Access Database experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong in project management, data analysis and negotiations, proven analytical and quantitative skills with ability to derive actionable recommendations Ability to effectively onsult with business leaders and HR Business Partners on performance-based incentive strategies. Ability to work in dynamic environment and handle ambiguity. Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule in order to meet deadlines and business needs.
