Cash Analyst - JR2421518
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Cash Analyst, you will use your knowledge of the business to achieve results. You will manage multiple accounting responsibilities for the team. This is a hybrid position and will report to the USCA Stores Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities * Responsible for stores point of sale data and reconciling to bank funding. Also match/reconcile in T-Recs for USCA Architectural Stores * Resolve Stores Associates inquiries related to Architectural Stores Cash procedures and issues * Back up team members on the miscellaneous check deposit and joint check processes. * Analyze data from a T-Recs database to record disbursements and adjustments weekly for USCA Architectural Stores * Monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries related to the USCA Architectural Stores Cash function * Account analysis of key and high risk general ledger accounts for AC * Credit card chargebacks for USCA Architectural Stores
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required with at least 1 year of experience preferred. * Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS, and quickly summarizing large amounts of data. * Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus. * Experience working with SAP is a plus.
