The Administrative Assistant assist program staff and Program Director in managing business operations in a manner consistent with the organizations mission. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for submission, tracking, and filing of billable documentation. Other key responsibilities include performing assigned clerical duties such as deposits, typing, copying, mail handling and filing of personnel and client records to meet all licensing and/or state and local law and code. Must maintain confidentiality of information and exercise discretion when providing information.

Receptionist Coverage
Other - completes any other duties the Office Manager/Program Director determines to be necessary to ensure a smooth, quality operation.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
Clearances. State, FBI, and Child Protection as per state regulations.
Working Conditions
Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing
Environmental Factors. Normal administrative office environment
Working Hours. Mon- Friday as set by the Program Director
Qualifications
Education
Required
- High School or better
Preferred
- Associates or better in Business Administration
Experience
Preferred
- 1 year: Office experience.
