Description We are inviting applications for the position of Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director based in Covina, California. In this role, you will be working within the nonprofit sector, managing and directing all aspects of payroll operations, and serving as a key contributor to our accounting functions. This position offers an opportunity to utilize and enhance your skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Great Plains (GPAC), and Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and supervise all elements of payroll processing for multi-state employees including those in union

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with applicable regulations

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records and generate reports

• Collaborate with the C-suite and other departments to ensure the seamless integration of the payroll function into overall accounting operations

• Handle ADP - Financial Services related tasks and ensure the implementation of Microsoft Office Suites in daily operations

• Use Great Plains (GPAC) for managing payroll operations and ensure proper reconciliation of payroll

• Assist in creating and implementing payroll policies and procedures

• Address payroll related inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll records and information

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and suggest improvements in payroll processes. Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience working with C-Suite

• Knowledge of Multi-state Payroll

• Experience in Payroll - Union

• Ability to Reconcile Payroll

• Previous experience in a Non-Profit organization will be a plus

• Proven track record as a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director or similar role

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in tasks

• Ability to handle confidential information.
