G & S Manufacturing LLC Maintenance Supervisor in Courtland, Minnesota
Since opening our doors in 1994, G & S Manufacturing., LLC has been fabricating industrial metal structures and parts for various industries throughout the United States, and even worldwide. These industries include mining, coal, agriculture, health, and dust collection. We take pride in having a clean shop, and a well-maintained shop and equipment is modern and up to date. This is a full-time position, hourly position, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am 3:00 pm and is in Courtland, MN. Position is a safety-sensitive position. We are expanding and creating a maintenance department and are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated hands-on Maintenance Supervisor hourly to join our Company. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our buildings, yard, and facility, ensuring efficient and effective upkeep of our equipment and systems. In addition to formal supervisory responsibilities, you ll be involved on the floor in technical repairs, which may account for up to 50% of your time. This is a vital position within our organization, as you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and preventing equipment downtime. The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in a good and safe condition.
