In this role, you will:

Check inert and ordnance items against documents accompanying them on receipt in

kitting area to verify identification numbers (e.g., part numbers, purchase lot numbers),

quantity, inspection acceptance and similar items.

Clean items, and cut, trim and weigh materials as required.

Make up parts and materials into kits in accordance with types and quantities required

for specific assemblies, obtaining information from authorizing documents such as shop

orders which specify such requirements.

Maintain control and related records to reflect part and material status, and

discrepancies such as shortages and improper parts; notify designated personnel of

discrepancies.

As required, perform work of the Ordnance Assembler, occupation and installation of harness assemblies in separation rings where work is reduced to clearly

defined repetitive operations.

Basic Qualifications:

•Ability to recognize parts and materials involved, and associate them with identifying

nomenclature.

•Ability to read and obtain information from shop orders and related work authorizing

documents.

•Knowledge of safety requirements in connection with handling of ordnance items below

Class A category.

Desired Skills:

•Prior experience in a military of government contractor energetic environment

•Familiar with Navy OP-05 or DOD Manual 4145.26

•Experience with energetic waist accumulation records and dispositions

CFR 49 Certified with a focus on packaging Class 1 items.

• ASRS/SAP familiarization

• Experience in locating warehouse materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items on production orders.

• Ensured accurate labeling of all materials according to company standards, DOT/DOD regulations.

• Prior experience managing energetic inventory and tracking class one packages in transit.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
