Under the supervision of the Library Supervisor and the Youth Services Supervisor, the Part-Time Library Aide is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patrons and staff who come from various backgrounds and ages, including underserved and marginalized communities. Public services such as helping patrons troubleshoot their android and iOS devices, public printers, and computers with patience and empathy are the primary functions of this position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with all types of people and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
