Description

Looking for an awesome paralegal to assist our client with an upcoming trial! This person will need to be on-site from August 24th - September 10th at a Santa Ana hotel (war-room style).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and discovery documents

• Engage in cite checking and blue booking activities

• Participate in court proceedings as required

• Contribute to the trial preparation process by organizing and managing relevant documents

• Work collaboratively in a 'war room' style environment for intensive case preparation

• Utilize skills in e-Filing and e-File management to maintain accurate records

• Handle motions and other legal documents as part of trial preparation

• Work on a flexible schedule, including the possibility of overnight shifts and weekend work

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Cite Checking

• Experience in Discovery processes

• Demonstrated ability in Briefing procedures

• Proficiency in preparing and handling Legal Briefs

• Experience with e-Filing and e-File systems

• Proven skills in Trial Preparation

• Experience in drafting and filing Motions

• Ability to stay on-site and work long hours in Santa Ana. Client will fly the right candidate to CA, will be paying for all meals through the duration, as well as hotel.
