My client, a Costa Mesa manufacturing based firm is looking for a Oracle Fusion Administrator to join their IT team. The Oracle Fusion Administrator position will be hybrid 3 times a week on-site in Costa Mesa, CA. The selected individual will be part of an industry that focuses on ERP environments, handling a variety of tasks that range from system administration and maintenance, to providing technical support and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Oracle Fusion ERP environments to guarantee maximum performance and minimal service interruptions.

• Manage the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) console, including the monitoring, provisioning, and upkeep of resources.

• Conduct routine system health checks, implement patches, and carry out upgrades as needed.

• Establish and manage security roles and permissions within the Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Uphold compliance with the organization's security policies and export control regulations.

• Monitor system access and usage to preserve data integrity and system security.

• Provide technical support to end-users by addressing and resolving ERP-related issues.

• Create and maintain technical documents for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom applications and integrations.

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.

• Communicate system changes and updates to the relevant teams.

• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on objectives and deliverables.

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.

• Identify and resolve defects to ensure high-quality system performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Administrator or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of DevOps processes and principles

• Excellent command over SQL for database management and operations

• Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript

• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is desirable

• Experience with WMS Application and WMS System is a plus

• Proficient in handling Oracle Application Modules

• Experience in Oracle Manufacturing is highly preferred
