Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the assembly of high-quality automotive components. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $22-$27/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform visual inspection of various automotive components for coating integrity, color requirements, and damage per SOP instructions.

• Conduct mechanical assembly of various automotive components using automatic and manual presses, grease guns, and other assembly tools and equipment.

• Execute final inspection of assembled components using various inspection equipment and gauges.

• Utilize computer systems and bar code scanners for lot traceability of components.

• Understand production schedule and daily assembly requirements of various product lines of parts.

What's Needed?

• Relevant mechanical assembly experience required.

• Effective communication skills.

• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).

• Visual and mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills.
