Minimum Qualifications One year of experience independently performing analytical chemistry procedures and a Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry. Three additional years of pertinent experience may substitute for the Bachelor\'s. Additional Required Qualifications Advanced laboratory techniques, knowledge of laboratory and safety principles. Demonstrated ability to work productively and cooperatively in teams, and to contribute to an inclusive team culture and work environment where all individuals feel valued and respected. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills, and ability to engage respectfully with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Knowledge of or familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices. Position Duties 50% \' Analytical Tasks 25% \' Laboratory Logistics 10% \' Lead Work 5% \' Develops and maintains quality assurance for analytical procedures. Ensures techniques meet laboratory specifications. Applies corrective action. 10% \' Reports: Oversees sample login, analysis tracking, return shipping, database entry, report results, out-of-control conditions, quality control results log.
