Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in education, instructional technology, curriculum design, or related field; OR a bachelor\'s degree in another field AND three years of online or hybrid course development or three years of online or hybrid teaching experience at the college or university level. General understanding of pedagogy and learning theories. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex, time-sensitive projects to successful completion. Experience authoring in a learning management system, for example, Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience interacting with diverse groups of people, especially in a professional context. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity. Awareness of Universal Design for Learning principles and accessibility requirements for online content. Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems with flexibility and creativity. Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-service-oriented position. Outstanding interpersonal, oral, electronic, and written communication skills.
