Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in field of choice. One season of experience coaching Soccer at the NCAA Division I level OR coaching at the elite club level OR professional playing experience. Excellent problem solving abilities. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a manner that shows respect and inclusivity for student athletes, student workers, colleagues, and all stakeholders.
