Practice Highlights:
Full-time position; Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Team includes 2 physicians and 4 advanced clinical practitioners
Advanced clinical practitioners together with department physicians to evaluate patients, order testing, develop and oversee treatment plans
Common diagnoses include sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and snoring
Extended onboarding and training by department colleagues
Outpatient-only setting; No call or weekend requirements
Primary practice location in Corvallis. Some travel may be required to support potential secondary practice locations in local communities.

Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
AANC or AANP certified family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, or able to obtain
Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to become confident and competent using sleep-related durable medical equipment
Experience using multiple interventional strategies and opportunities to assist patients with symptom management
