Job Description:
UES is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support various functions within our growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to contribute, learn, and grow within a collaborative team environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in setting up new projects and managing communication between clients and internal teams.
Finalize, format, and proofread reports for clients and management.
Support project invoicing and billing.
Maintain office organization and assist with training clerical staff.
Provide general administrative support to management as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong typing skills (45 wpm+).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Some college or a Bachelors degree in a related field
3 years of administrative experience
