Warehouse Order Puller $18/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Order Puller to join our team. This role involves manual labor, including pulling boxes and files from warehouse shelves, assigning barcodes, and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential as you will be handling a variety of customer requests from different sectors such as medical, law firms, and title companies.

Responsibilities

• Pull boxes from warehouse shelves by identifying barcodes.

• Pull files from boxes, which involves detailed attention to names, numbers, case numbers, alt numbers, and year specifics.

• Search entire boxes for misplaced files and assign new barcodes when necessary.

• Understand and adapt to different customer requirements.

• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment to avoid customer dissatisfaction and additional fees.

• Maintain high standards of customer service by preventing errors in file retrieval.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse environment that is physically demanding, involving lots of walking and pulling files. The work can be dusty and requires the ability to lift 30-50 pounds consistently. You will also need to climb ladders up to four racks high and use a freight elevator for the top racks. The work requires maneuvering carts that can be challenging to handle.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
