Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in Corona, California

The Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable from our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to collect outstanding payments via phone, email, and mail.

  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

  • Resolve billing issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns.

  • Prepare and send out invoices and account statements.

  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.

  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.

  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and account status to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
