Logitech Workplace Experience Systems Administrator in Cork, Ireland

The Role:

At Logitech, the Workplace Experience (WPE) team is at the intersection of the digital and physical realms that enable hybrid work. We create technology, tools, processes, analytics and insights that help us fine tune our internal hybrid way of working and influence product design and development that we deliver to customers.

The WPE Systems Administrator will contribute to the selection, implementation and systems integrity for WPE’s digital footprint. You will be responsible for the day to day management of existing Workplace Experience applications .

This hybrid role is based in Cork, Ireland and requires three (3) days onsite. It reports to the Manager for Digital Workplace Experience based in Ireland.

  • Assist managing the suite of WPS digital applications day to day operations, including but not limited to Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, LumApps, Zoom Digital Signage, Envoy, and our internal software applications branded Logi Tune and Logi Sync.

  • In conjunction with the Digital Workplace Experience Team , review processes and develop solutions to automate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of WPE systems.

  • Develop and manage a Jira request management portal in conjunction with IT to deliver a streamlined employee experience.

  • Lead helpdesk support efforts in Jira, making sure all enquiries are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

  • Assist in Smartsheet workspace management and continued development as the WPE Team continues to expand its use of the solution.

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on WPE digital solutions to deliver training, develop documentation and technical support to the WPE Global team while implementing new WPE Software solutions.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights in accordance with best practices where applicable.

  • Support WPE Leadership Team with special projects and initiatives.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Fluent in English.

  • 1-3 years of platform/system administration experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence spaces or equivalent.

  • Good understanding of SQL and track record of hands-on SQL experience.

  • Good understanding of data warehouses such as Snowflake.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.

  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Demonstrated experience working with Google workspace and Atlassian.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming language through previous work experience or projects.

  • Working knowledge of Envoy, OfficeSpace, or similar.

  • Proven project management skills : ability to manage technical projects from the initial planning right through to completion.

  • Proactive and not afraid to propose innovative solutions.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work on your own initiative.

  • Takes ownership of tasks through to completion.

  • Must be willing to learn, to develop technical skills and work towards teams overarching goals.

Education:

  • General IT Administration Degree.

  • Hands on learning or entry level experience of administering PropTech integrations.
