Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze functional requirements to identify software test scenarios. Write, maintain, and execute test cases at all levels of testing on multiple web applications and platforms. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading automation tools and frameworks. Identify, analyze, manage and document defects and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with the requirements and specifications. Research and support escalated issues from technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and identify areas for automation. Ensure the quality of new releases -- unit test verification and system level testing. Work closely with software developers to reproduce and explain defects. Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks for maximum efficiency and coverage. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in automation testing.
Requirements and Qualifications[]{#Hlk142289191}[]{#Hlk142304825}: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or 3 years related work experience. Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, preferably in an Agile development environment. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect tracking. I am proficient in understanding and writing JavaScript programming language.
